Who do you THINK YOU ARE?

This group delves into some of the problems that stem from low self-esteem. It also describes from a biblical perspective several precepts that can start to transform you into the person you are supposed to be. If you have struggled with anger, guilt, impulsivity, shame, addiction or destructive behavior, low self-esteem may be at the root of the problem. The issue is, if you don’t deal with this problem from the source you will tend to repeat the same behaviors that hurt your relationships and produce MORE guilt and shame for you to deal with in the future. If you are tired of being stuck, spend some time working on yourself.

The process of rebuilding self-esteem is all encompassing and will affect every facet of your life. You may have to consider behavior that causes guilt, forgiving and letting go of the past and charting a course for the rest of your life. You must begin to perform ESTEEMABLE things which will have at tendency to make you feel better about yourself. These are things that you wanted to do in the past but neglected like being generous, showing compassion or standing up for what is right.

First phase of the group is education and evaluation and the second personal work. You will develop an action plan you will work on for 6 weeks that will help you to apply what you have learned. No two people will be in the same place, this will be tailored to your specific needs and desires.

This will be a small group format of no more than 8 people, so RESERVE your spot NOW by submitting the form below:
